The herbs in our Pregnancy Tea are known to contain many trace minerals and micronutrients like Vitamin A, C, D, iron, phosphate, and calcium, all bio-available by being in their full plant form. This supports the body in growing a whole human, relieving muscle cramps, being a strengthening tonic for the uterus, reducing hemorrhoids, and aiding kidneys in their increased cleansing load.
We recommend drinking 1-3 cups (8oz) a week in the first trimester especially if experiencing morning sickness, then a daily 6-8oz in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. This will help tone the uterus through the Braxton Hicks contractions and prodromal labor.
